Estos costos de traslado ser\u00e1n aprobados antes de ser ejecutados y cubiertos por LA EMPRESA.<br \/><strong>Plazo de pago:<\/strong> Mediante transferencia bancaria, cada pago se har\u00e1 en los siguientes 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles posteriores a la presentaci\u00f3n de la factura. LA EMPRESA har\u00e1 una retenci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima del 10%. En caso de que esta retenci\u00f3n sea mayor, ser\u00e1 asumida por LA EMPRESA sin afectar el valor del contrato.<\/p><p>(validez econ\u00f3mica de 45 d\u00edas calendario a partir de la fecha)<\/p><p><strong>Forma de pago:<\/strong><br \/>Para iniciar un <strong>primer pago<\/strong> como anticipo del 30%.<br \/><strong>Segundo pago<\/strong> del 20%, al terminar la descripci\u00f3n y el perfil del cargo, la convocatoria p\u00fablica o confidencial y el modelo de competencias.<br \/><strong>Tercer\u00a0 pago<\/strong> del 30% al presentar la lista corta de candidatos.<br \/><strong>Cuarto pago<\/strong> de 20% cuando termine el proceso de b\u00fasqueda y una vez que el candidato haya aceptado la oferta.<\/p><p>Este proceso de b\u00fasqueda es exclusivo. Si al momento de presentaci\u00f3n del candidato, <strong>LA EMPRESA<\/strong> decidiera cerrar el proceso o contratar otro ejecutivo, se har\u00e1 el cobro total del servicio. <strong>Talento y efectividad S.A.S &#8211; REINVENTARTE<\/strong> conservar\u00e1 el derecho de pago de honorarios en caso de que alguno de sus candidatos presentados seleccionados para otras posiciones distintas a la que es objeto de esta propuesta por <strong>LA EMPRESA<\/strong> en los siguientes tres a\u00f1os. Si los candidatos no se acoplan al cargo o si <strong>LA EMPRESA<\/strong> no est\u00e1 satisfecho con su desempe\u00f1o, cualquiera que sea el caso, en los primeros seis meses, <strong>Talento y efectividad S.A.S &#8211; REINVENTARTE<\/strong> ampliar\u00e1 la terna inicial con un candidato adicional para realizar una nueva selecci\u00f3n, sin costo
